You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a service request. Submitting a form does not create a confirmed appointment or guarantee availability. Pricing, arrival windows, repair timelines, and preliminary estimates remain subject to confirmation and on-site diagnosis.
3. Appointments, repairs, and payment
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance and service location. Payment is due as stated on the service invoice or other written agreement. Any parts or labor warranty will be described on the applicable invoice. Service may be declined when conditions are unsafe or unlawful.
4. Website information
Diagnostic guides and other Site content are general educational information, not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis. We work to keep content accurate but do not guarantee that every page is complete, current, or applicable to every appliance. Stop troubleshooting when gas, electricity, refrigerant, fire, or flooding hazards may be present.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Appliance Repair Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Site use, inability to use the Site, reliance on general Site content, or third-party services and links.
