I had my washing machine repaired. I am totally happy with their service. Mika was very professional and kind. I had two rusted bolts that took Mika 2 hours to get the stubborn bolts out without damaging my washer. He was very patient and caring. I highly recommend using Mika and will use their service in the future.. Thank you Mika!!! . ☺️

The guy that came to work on our washing machines name was Nick. He did a fantastic job and was very thorough. If you ever need these guys to come and work on your machines at home I highly recommend them. Nick did great work was a very nice guy and knew what he was talking about. If you can I suggest asking for Nick to work on your stuff if you have the opportunity and never need it.

Nice guy clean worker knows what he doing parts a little high but done right and quickly.

Victor our technician fixed the dryer. It needed a part and he came back as soon as he got the part in. Fixed in an appropriate time obviously waiting for the specialized part he would normally not carry. He checked up to ensure the dryer was working a couple of days after just to make sure. Great company and service. I will definitely use them again for appliances repairs.

I strongly recommend Ghost Appliance Service for any appliance repairs. They were friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced. I called in the morning with an urgent dryer issue, and every other company I contacted couldn’t come out for days or even a week. Ghost Appliance showed up within the hour. Artem was excellent. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and walked me through what he was doing step by step. He even cleaned up the dryer and after himself which other companies and service did not do... Five Star and hopefully I wont need to call for another appliance issues, but if I do, I have there number saved...

Repairman Micah H took a look at my refrigerator and knew exactly what the problem was and went and got the part he needed and fixed the issue. Very pleasant gentleman and knowledgeable as to what the issue was. Would definitely recommend this company!
