Typical male contractor. Took advantage of my wife while I was out of town. Dryer was opened and my wife asked to grab our vacuum to clean the lint from the open unit. The tech who said he was the manager told us he'd take care of it. Instead of telling us they would charge $95 to vacuum he went ahead and did what we were asking and willing to do to save that money. Once the invoice was presented and upon a repair that took 3 days, we were discounted $25. The tech said "let me call my manager to discuss the refund"... then never actually called or texted. Just came up with a number he thought would satisfy. Dude, thought you said you were the manager??? Not an honorable or honest company nor were they able to offer a quick fix.
Don't let fake reviews mislead you. Go with another company. Not worth the time or money. Had i been there this would not have been acceptable. Taking advantage of women. Shame shame I know your name!

Mike did an outstanding job fixing my dishwasher! He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it efficiently, explaining everything along the way.
The dishwasher is now working perfectly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his attention to detail and great communication.
